    So, now what?  You probably want to know my prices and availability for your wedding date. Call my studio at 1-802-888-2309 or email at haymakervermont@gmail.com and we can email you a link to my prices and contracts.  The more you can tell me about what you are looking for the more I can know where to steer you.  I shoot small elopements, intimate size weddings and large gala parties.  Each have different needs.  I am fully capable of working alone but more often I am now including an assistant.

    You may like knowing my credentials although images speak the strongest.  I have a fine art photography background coming from the West Coast school thought...I studied with Ansel Adams, Ruth Bernhard and Eileen Cowin.  I got my Under Grad  and Master's Degrees in fine art photography in California.  I had a studio in Hollywood in the 80's doing fashion, advertising,  headshots for the film industry. 

    In 1987 I moved with my young family to Vermont.  Here I began shooting portraits, weddings and cows!  The cow pictures grew into a greeting card company, Haymaker Press,  (see my home page) and expanded to include a broad variety of images with "a sense of place."  The two images of canoes on my home page are published by Bruce McGaw Graphics as posters and are distributed world wide...or you can buy them from my website too...but I digress.

    My style --- I am somewhat of a chameleon, meaning I try to tailor my style to yours.  But don't worry.  If you have no idea what you want besides fabulous photos leave it to me.  I have a particular talent for always being on the look out for good shots.  I can see ones just waiting for me to turn my camera and capture them.  And I also know how to set up shots that will look natural but will benefit from the eye of a professional.

    Equipment?  I have gone digital but my film background informs my work in the digital field.  I shoot with 35mm Nikons with both on-camera flash and natural light.  I offer online posting and am very good at pulling together an album that will help you relive your fabulous wedding day.  I also offer smaller albums for your parents and grandparents...don't forget them!

    Probably the best thing I can say to sell myself is --- I love photography.  I love shooting weddings.  I can take charge when needed but I also know when to slip into the shadows and catch moments unawares.  It is your day!!
